incisional hernia (절개탈장)

An incisional hernia is a bulge through the healed incision of a previous surgery in your abdomen. An incisional hernia is usually caused by weakness in the tissues and muscles of your abdomen.
보통 incisional hernia의 경우 불완전하게 치유된 곳에서 발생하고 근육과 조직이 약해져 있을 때 발생한다고 합니다.

mess 10, bard mesh prolene 2,0, 1-0, ethion 2-0, stalper
10X30 border, bovie, cleaner, X ray G 2ea

PRN) JP(4.8+) / Nyon 2-0, cath dressing

procedure
1. mess #15 medline skin incision / tooth

2. subcu까지 bovie dissection

3. prolene 1-0으로 fasia suture

4. bard mesh 적용

5. prolene 2-0로 mesh 고정 suture

6. ethilon 2-0 subcu suture

7. stapler skin에 적용.

-prolene 적용시 반을 자르고(실자체가 바늘이 두개씩 달려있다.) mosquito를 물어줘야 됨
-> 실이 너무 낭창거린다.(BN같이.)
